Study on Resource Integration and Innovation of Bohai-Circle Ports

摘要：

TRIZ is a theory system applied to solve innovation problems. It has been widely employed in innovation research, but papers related to TRIZbased strategic management on ports’ resources are rare. The paper analyzes the problems existing in Bohaicircle ports, such as overlapped fundamental construction, high social costs and low utilization efficiency of port resources, then utilizes conflict matrix & corresponding TRIZ innovation principles and finally presents some systematic innovation strategies on the port resources.
