A User-oriented Approach for Selecting Information Resource Service

摘要：

Based on the study of QoS on information resources service, we bring forward a useroriented approach for selecting information resource service. With this approach, users could measure and evaluate the QoS of information resource services; the contribution of this approach could improve the service of information resource as well as promote the utility of information resource.
