Information Tracking System for Medium Titanium Plate Production Line

摘要：

This paper describes design methods of the medium plate information tracking system and concrete realization in a new medium titanium plate plant of Western Materials. Information tracking system is an important part of the MES(Manufacturing Execution System), can achieve one to one correspondence of logistics and information flow, and provides realtime, reliable and real data source for the production and marketing system. All finished products can be traced from the current material shape back to billet. The events and the information of involved events can be clearly known which happened in the whole production and organization process.
