Optimized Synergy of Dual Channel Distribution for Commercial Chain Store
Aiming at the issue of dual channel distribution (DCD) of commercial chain store, the model of optimizing DCD is offered, by which head office of chain store cooperates with chained store in dealing with electronic order. Then, the influence of the synergy on sale revenue, stock cost, transportation cost and profit in DCD is analyzed deeply and the condition for which the synergy distribution dominates the independent distribution is investigated. Those conclusions can be referred for commercial chain store to optimize DCD.
