The Design and Applications of services platform system for water data basing on WebGIS
This paper describes the background of building and technical characteristics basing on the services platform system for water conservancy data of Hai River Basin in Tianjin. It introduces the goals, data structure, function modules and the main technical features of the system in detail. This paper uses a visualization and analysis technology combination twodimension with threedimension, the multilayer data scheduling technique, fuzzy queries and precise positioning technology, a largescale relational database to manage and store data and scientific and manmachine interface design to show constructive achievements of spatial data, hydrological data, water quality data, groundwater data, flood control engineering data, socioeconomic data synthetically and remote sensing image data. Implement management of drainage basin basic data and data service.
