KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT OF TEACHING AND LEARNING TEAMS TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY INTEGRATIVE TRAINING
This paper will introduce a framework of sharing knowledge management to our teaching and learning teams to provide high quality of integrative training. As we all know, Knowledge Management (KM) is widely used in many companies and universities in the past ten years. In fact, knowledge management not only focuses on encouraging the exchange of knowledge and sharing teaching and learning skills and training resources, but also uses in an organization to identify and create innovative insights and experiences to introduce combination between elearning, blended learning (BL) and organizational learning (OL). Moreover, KM also consists of on-thejob discussions, discussion forums, review & restart sharing meeting, professional training and mentoring programs. The importance of KM can help students and teaching teams to share valuable organizational insights, new technologies and experience, which can reduce redundant work and development time. Furthermore, it can also maintain intellectual resources in an organization and adapt tremendous changing in educational environment and industrial market. Eventually, KM also includes culture, infrastructure, interaction of teaching teams, working procedures and new technology. In our integrative training, it typically focuses on the objectives of KM, such as improving performance, competitive advantage, innovation and creation, strategy perspectives, collaborative development, knowledge sharing of training or lecture learned, and continuous improvement of the teaching and learning teams in the university. In this paper, it will introduce an overview and methodologies how we use WebCT as a sharing tool of knowledge transfer, management, interaction, collaboration and communication between students and teaching teams.
