BREAK THROUGH TRADITIONAL TEACHING METHOD AND IMPROVE QUALITY OF BENCHWORK PRACTICE TEACHING

摘要：

In order to improve the reformation in the field of personnel training mode of higher education and practical teaching, increasing personnel training quality, the author of this paper has successfully made students gain more interest and enthusiasm in fitter practice by getting over traditional teaching method and contents as well as teaching with the help of computers, combining producing, studying and researching together, and also offer the innovative practice for fitter, hence a better fitter practice quality will be gained.
