The Research on Thermal Properties of Capillary Grid Heat-transfer

Adjustment temperature thought the capillary radiation which is terminal network is the most distinctive parts of independent temperature-humidity control air conditioning system which is new style. The principle of capillary grid heat-transfer technology is that capillaries install in interior walls, floors or the roofs, using the medium as water. Capillary grid heat-transfer device is designed. Grid of 30mm intervals is made up of PPR plastic capillary that is 3.4mm×0.55mm, and the study is thermal properties under the conditions of the water : 30 °C、35° C、 40°C、 45°C、 50°C. The first result is that heat exchange and water temperature is proportional to the linear relationship. The second is that heat dissipating capacity is gradually decreasing as the changes of discharges rate. The experiment indicates that the device can meet the thermal load of general room. It is a recommendable power-frugal pattern without limit-district.
