The Multi-field Coordination Mechanism of Heavy Crude Thermal Driving Process
The implication of the phenomenological equation of field coordination for exergy transfer process is introduced, and the concept of the field influence factor of exergy transfer coefficient is defined. On the basis of that, using potential field as the study carrier and driving work (exergy) as the united criterion to evaluate the driving ability of each potential field, a clear, pithy and proper model can be constructed to describe the field coordination mechanism of heavy crude thermal driving process, the multi-field coordination mechanism of heavy crude thermal driving process is expounded. Then the field coordination evaluation criterions which are respectively suit for driving potential fields, driving resistance potential fields and between driving and driving resistance potential fields are proposed. Finally the hot water driving process is given as an example to expound reasonably the action mechanism of field coordination, such as pressure field is the main driving potential field, temperature field is the main driving resistance potential field, and temperature field have effect on the displacement efficiency through changing pressure exergy resistance etc. Recently we have been trying to utilize exergy transfer theory to study the field coordination mechanism of heavy crude thermal driving and have obtained some new understanding about thermal driving mechanism and multi-field coordination mechanism. They can clearly, succinctly and reasonably describe the displacement mechanism and is helpful to instruct and advance the new development of thermal driving practice.
