Genetic Diversity Analysis of Main Gtrus Varieties Using Molecular Marker SRAP

The genetic similarity and phylogenetic relationship for the total sixty three citrus main varieties was analyzed using Sequence-Related Amplified Polymorphism (SRAP). Based on genetic similarity coefficients, the total samples were divided into four groups, i. e. Fortunella crassifolia Swingle, Citrus grandis Osb. , Citrus aurantifolia Swingle, C. limon Buna. F. and others (C. sinensis Osb. , C. reticulata Blanco and its hybrids) , which showed low genetic similarity between each group. Among the group of C. sinensis Osb. , C. reticulata Blanco and its hybrids, there was the highest genetic similarity and the closest phylogenetic relationship was calculated based on the phylogenetic tree. In conclusion, the results showed that SRAP marker, which was reasonable and valuable for citrus genetic polymorphism analysis.
