Good afternoon. Eh, its my pleasure to be here and to have opportunity to share a little of what the Bureau of Reclamation is doing in water resources management. I think, I might say at the outset that there are many parallels between what we do and what you doing here, and I think there are certainly opportunities for us to learn from one another. I want to say congratulations to the Three Gorges Project Corporation for the great job they have done building the Three Gorges Dam, power plant and navigation works, flood control and environmental protection. It is a very impressive project, and I was honored to be able to visit that project this morning.
