Thoughts on Management System for Developing and Utilizing the Yangtze River Basin

摘要：

The effective management and the rational development for the Yangtze River basin are the important measures of the persistent utilization of water resource and the sustainable social - economic development. Through analyzing limitation of the present management system for the Yangtze River basin, the paper discusses eight aspects and four main relationships of the Yangtze River basin management, and finally, the suggestions about establishing a harmonious basin management system adaptable to Socialist Market Economy and Scientific Development Concept are put forward.
