Discussion on Building an Internal Innovation Mechanism in the Private Enterprises of China

摘要：

Innovation is the driving force for the development of private enterprises, but must rely on some mechanisms to promote. Private enterprises must establish innovation mechanisms to guarantee innovation capability and sustainable development. There are some constraints of innovation within private enterprises, and this paper considers that we must build the internal innovation mechanisms in the private enterprises from the aspects of the mechanisms motivation, operations and development.
