Open Innovation Model Based on Users Resources--As an Example of the P & G

With the increasing development of the market economy, the users resources have become an important part of the open innovation resources. This paper is based on the study of P & G open innovation process, proposes open innovation model that is based on users resources, and emphasizes that the user resources in the process of innovation has an irreplaceable role. Subsequently, it does a brief comparison between the P & G and similar enterprises, pointes out that the companies in China is lack of capacity to open innovation, and make relevant comments and suggestions.
