Corporate Environmental Responsibility (CER) is an extension and evolution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The context and nature of CER is changing with economic globalization, increase in international trade, and the continuous development of Corporate Social Responsibility theory. Strict enforcement of environmental responsibilities will be a substantial requirement and an inevitable trend for sustainable development of enterprises.
