Enterprise Growth and the Cultivation Strategies of Foreign Language Professionals with All-around Abilities

摘要：

This research is focused on the relationship between enterprise growth and the cultivation strategies of foreign language professionals with all-around abilities or cross-disciplinary foreign language personnel. The important role played by foreign language professionals in enterprise growth is the first part of this article, followed by an analysis of the specifications of the enterprises training. The research also gives us insights into some of the obstacles to the training of foreign language personnel. The last part of the article includes a comprehensive analysis and possible solutions, with conclusions.
