Research on the Construction of Harmonious Enterprises by Pay System Innovation
More and more enterprises begin to innovate in management to improve competitiveness because market competition becomes drastic. For postoriented wage system usually causes enterprise inflexible and blocks the development of employees, broadband pay system, as a modem salary management system in USA, is paid more attention by enterprises. The scientific implementation of broadband pay system not only help enterprise to realize strategic target, improve efficiency, promote the development of employees, and inspirit managers, but also make for the construction of harmonious enterprise.
