Family Business Inheritance Mechanism
As the worlds most universal form of business organization in the world economy, family business has a significant place. This paper analyzes the inheritance mechanism of family business, and proposed Family Business Succession Mechanism and obstacles, as well as the methods to overcome these obstacles. Along with the constant expansion of private enterprise and market competition intensified, Private enterprise decision-making mechanism within the scientific, inheritance mechanism is not perfect and so must be addressed. The Unscientific of Decision-making mechanism and Unsound of inheritance in Private enterprises must be solved. The key to solving these problems is to reform corporate governance structure, establish an effective agency relationship, and make the family businesses development healthy.
