The Researches on Numerical Simulation of Heat-Flow Coupling In Turbulent Flow

With the development of industries, the limits of resources and the environment are broken through, researching on the phenomenon of multi-phase coupling is an effective way to improve resource utilization. The phenomenon of heat-fluid coupled of temperature and velocity was recognized in turbulent flow field by numerical simulation based on FLUENT software and user-defined function (UDF). And by setting the shape of the pipeline to change the flow of the state, the velocity distribution and temperature contours are shown by Numerical calculation, and the results demonstrates the threaded tube increases turbulence intensity, and velocity field and temperature field have a certain relevance are revealed in this paper. It is clear that the greater the turbulence, the better heat transfer, and high heat transfer efficiency will help increase the turbulence intensity. The theory provides theoretical basis for determining empirical formula reflecting phenomenon of heat-fluid and effectively controlling measures of consuming energy.
