Multi-well Deconvolution Algorithm for Analysing Long-term Pressure Data with Interference Measured by PDG

Permanent Down-hole Gauge (PDG) has been widely used in the oilfields all over the world in recent years, and one of the challenges in analysing its long-term real-time data is that the data normally involves lots of multi-well interference information. Single well deconvolution technique is not applicable to analyze these data because the condition of linear system becomes invalid. This paper describes the general situation of deconvolution to multi-well pressure and rate data, and develops a multi-well deconvolution algorithm for dealing with the transient pressure data with interference. This algorithm has been programmed, and then sensitivity analysis for multi-well interference pressure response has been conducted. It shows that skin factor has no impact on the interfering pressure response;permeability and inter-well distance have impact on it during infinite acting period, but not during pseudo-steady period;and conductivity coefficient impacts on it during both infinite acting period and pseudo-steady flow period.
