Numerical Simulation of Coal Deformation and Gas Seepage After Cutting in Low-Permeability Coal Seams
According to the gas drainage difficult problem, current research found that high pressure water jet cutting coal seam is effective methods to improve permeability in low-permeability coal seams. According to the basic theory of fluid-solid coupling, considering the influence of gas seepage for the constitutive relation, based on the conservation of mass and non-linear seepage equation, proposed the mathematical model of seepage stress coupling of the Darcy-Brinkman equations simultaneousness. Through using COMSOL software to simulate coal deformation and gas nonlinear seepage rule under the water jet cutting in low-permeability coal seams, improve the mechanism of pressure relief and permeability enhancements under high pressure water jet cutting coal seam in low low-permeability coal seams.
