A Semi-analytical Analysis of Advective-conductive Heat Transfer for Nuclear Waste Repositories in Sparsely Fractured Rocks
According to the geological and hydrological environment of Beishan area in Gansu Province, and taking the design distance between drifts in nuclear waste repositories as the subject of study, a simplified mathematical model of flow and heat transfer in sparsely fractured rock under distributed heat sources and the mathematical formulation are proposed. The temperature distributions in fracture water and rock matrix are calculated by using the Laplace transform, Green function and numerical integration. Numerical examples are provided for the characteristics of advective-conductive heat transfer in sparsely fractured rock and the sensitivities to distance between the heat sources.
