Experimental Study on the Influence of Compaction Temperature and Additives on Warm Mix Asphalt Performance
Based on the research about the problem of the warm mix asphalt indoor experiments, the effect factors of the load performance like the modeling temperature and additive are discussed in this article. In the first experiment, we researched the porosity change of the specimen which was made at the different modeling modeling temperature and then analysed the relationship between the effect of the water stability of the warm mix asphalt and the porosity, finally supposed the appropriate modeling temperature of the warm mix asphalt is about 120℃. In the second experiment, we did the research the relationship between the two widely used additives at the different amount and the stability of the warm mix asphalt and proposed the improve method.
