Analysis on the Causes of Human Error and Its Countermeasure in Coalmining

摘要：

If we analyse accidents which occur in the coal mining industry we fred that human error is a major contributory factor. Human error accidents account for 80％ of the total. This paper proposes some effective control measures to human error in coalrnine based on the analysis and research of the causes and types of human error in order to prevent coalmine accidents and realize safe production.
