Assessment Model for Coal Mine Safety Based on Man-machine-Environment Theory
Through analyzing the characteristics of mining venture safety system, the factors that result in safety accidents are discussed by using Man-Machine-Environmental system theory, and indices system and assessment model of safety risk assessment for mining venture axe established by methods of AHP, fuzzy evaluation and weighted average. Based on the indices system and assessment model, mining ventures can not only assess safety risk of whole mine, but also assess sub-system by just changing the elements of indices system. Then, corresponding risk control measures can be adopted and safety accident can be minimized.
