Large Public BuildingsRisk Cause-Responsibility Analysis Based on Input-Output Theory

摘要：

Large public buildings construction project has many stakeholders.Different safety risks, coming from different stakeholders, are highly related and mostly depend upon each other. This paper references input-output analysis theory and analysis methods, builds a safety risk cause-liability table, identifies the stakeholders safety riskcause-liabilitymargin, intuitively displays the stakeholders safety risk taking and safety risk making situation. Safety risk cause-liability table provides a quantitative research tool to effectively balance stakeholders interest and solve disputes. It is an attempt to expand the application of input-output analysis theory, and provides a scientific base upon which decision makers can choose to apply to manage the key point of stakeholders interest.
