Development of Safety Liability Philosophy and Revelation to Us

摘要：

The inherent safety level of facilities effects occupational safety and health of corporations. Facilities safety need the effort of both corporations that use and make them. The liability of occupational safety in the US experienced liability of employees, negative liability of employs and strict liability of employs. The liability of manufacture experienced contract liability, negative liability and strict liability. Strict liability of employers and the manufactures improved the conditions of occupational safety and health of the corporation. Because of the serious situation of occupational safety in our country, confirming the safety liability of corporations, establishing their main body status, enhancing works in accident prevention and liability compensation should be the choice of China.
