The Construction of Technique Support Mechanisms for Coal Mine Production Safety Risk Management and its Application
This paper aims at coal mine safety risk management problems in Technique support, combining with the characteristics of different types of hazards, controls risk in three technical ways including preventive measures, protective measures, emergency measures, establishes safety risk management model applicable to the coal mine production.. Through the application in Ping Mei Group, it indicates that the model plays a distinct role for risk prevention and controls of coal mine, helps to improve the management level of coal mine safety risk, promote the implementation and maintenance of OHSMS, and decrease the accident loss significantly. Therefor the study is meaningful to coal mine production.
