This article in built to the ships the dangerous source to carry on the system analysis foundation, through built in the enterprise safety in production to the ships the dangerous source identification, the hazard factor appraisal and the dangerous control, take ASP.NET as the development kit, through the modular design, developed the ships to build the enterprise safety in production standardization appraisal software, caused the user under softwares instruction, with ease determined that each appraisal needed the parameter, because simplified the ships to build the enterprise safety in production standardization appraisal process greatly to avoid the artificial value deviation, the miscalculation substandard the appraisal result system deviation which caused in the factor. The system can fast, accurate, highly effective to appraise each target which the project needs to carry on the computation analysis, and automatic production complete appraisal report form. The determination possibly exists the hazard factor, and carries on the rank division and the security evaluation to its critical condition, then acts according to the different hazard assessment result to take the corresponding preventive measure again to carry on the control, thus may prevent, reduced and the control accidents occurrence effectively.
