Improve Safety Standards in Chinese Coal Enterprises Learning from India
In this paper, suggestions of improving Chinese coal enterprises safety standards have been gained through the comparative analysis of Indian coal mine safety production, and the evaluation of effect has been carded out. Studies suggest that, China and India has great similarity in the current situation and resources conditions. However, the death rate of million tons in India is only 1/3 of that in our country, so we can learn from their successful experiences. Comparative analysis shows that, we can improve Chinese coal enterprise safety production level from four aspects, which is enhancement of staff training, strengthen regulation, coal mine nationalization and centralized coal production capacity, and development of open-pit mining. It is impossible to solve all the problems by taking one of the four measures alone, it should be multi-pronged, comprehensive management.
