Along with picks deep enlargement, our country coal mining accident frequency sends, the coal mining accident occurs not only creates the heavy economic loss, and has the bad social impact. Finding the dangerous source of the coal mine safety management was the deep well coal mine safety management primary mission, then in view of dangerous source prompt accurate formulation corresponding safety quality standardization standard and measure, before the accident occurred caused accidents dangerous source eliminates or reduces through the safety quality standard and the management measure. Constructs the deep well coal mine safety management and the safety quality standardization philosophic thinking pattern according to the law of the unity of opposites, and then may go a step further making clear that bore coal mine safety manages and safety quality standardizes inalienable relation.
