摘要：

Base on the problem of how to build the intrinsic safety mining, this text according to the accident causing theory, and consider person is not failure, equipment is not fault, system is not defect, management is not vulnerability is the basic connotation of intrinsic safety mining. Give the main feature of intrinsic safety mining. According to these features, propose to measure the main standard of intrinsic safety mining. And get the fundamental way to building the intrinsic safety mining.
