Oil Depots Safety Management
Oil depots is a distribution center for petroleum and its products. With a flammable, explosive, volatile, and liquidity characteristics, if managed inproperly, the oil depots may occur a major accident and make the peoples lives and property losses. Therefore, we must strengthen oil depots safety management. In this paper, the point of view was proposed that, from the angle of system safety, work in the safety management model of oil depots, depots system safety analysis and evaluation, oil depots safety management regulations implement, as well as the informationization construction of the oil depots at the same time to improve safety ofoil depots management level and ensure the safety ofoil depots.
