The Application of Risk Ranking Method Based on Linguistic Scale in Coal Mine Safety Management
A wide range of factors for underground work of coal mine of which relationship cannot be indentified easily make coal mine safety management more difficult. Beginning with safety management personnels view, this paper makes use of FPHA based on Chen & Hwang linguistic variable scale to quantify the subjective twice to obtain the weights of relative importance and relative possibility while both generality and specificity are taken into consideration. Finally the risk ranking which is determined by two kinds of weight can induce and sort out messy, ambiguous information in the mind of safety manager officer as well as to provide reference for work arrangements, resource conservation and improving safety effectiveness.
