Study on Coalmine Inherent Safety Management

摘要：

According to the management error theory of accidentcausing, the management error is considered the main and original reason to cause the coal accident, based on these, a coal mine accident-causing model is built. The inherent safety management can be divided into 12 different domains in accordance with the different studying objects. Further study is taken on the relationship between these 12 domains and the direct causes of coal mine accident (human unsafe behavior, object unsafe state and the unsafe condition of environment and society). A typical coalmine accident analyzing shows the 12 domains importance to prevent coalmine accident. How to realize the inherent safety management is described in the end.
