Considerations about Perfecting the Responsibility System of Safety Production for Coal Mining Enterprises
Under the impact of the international financial crisis, our coal enterprises are faced with difficulties: a sharp decline in profits because of less demand for coal and increased unsafe factors due to insufficient investment in safety production. In order to reduce the impact of financial crisis and avoid the occurrence of safety incidents, we must make a careful study into potential risks of safety production and improve safety responsibility system in accordance with law .By this way, all workersawareness of safety responsibility will be strengthened and every workers initiative in the work safety can be fully mobilized so that a sustainable safety management mechanism can be built and some major disasters such as gas, fire, floods will be eliminated. This paper makes an analysis into main problems existing in safety responsibility system for coal enterprises and then the some countermeasures are put forward with the aim of improving safety production and promoting the healthy development of coal mining enterprises.
