Analysis of Coal Mine Safety Investment Strategic Decision

摘要：

SWOT analysis is a commonly used for strategic analysis. To discuss the safety investment strategic decision of coal mine enterprise, author has set the Yangchang Coal Mine of Shenhua Group as an example and made a SWOT analysis on the internal advantages, disadvantageous, external opportunities and threats of the mine from the aspects of natural resources, employees, safety technologies and safety management which could affect safety production. And then author points out significant safety investment strategies for the coal mine.
