Analysis of Workplace Safety Investment Benefit Impact Factors

摘要：

Enterprises workplace safety investment behaviors involves government, enterprises and employee, it is the result of those three participants Game playing constantly. Based on marginal utility theory, the features of enterprises workplace safety investment are analyzed. Moreover the detailed influences of enterprise recognition level of workplace safety investment, employee safety awareness degree, government safety regulations and Consumers behaviors are described. This paper also described the conditions and processes of enterprises workplace safety investment behaviors transferred from passive adaptation to active consciousness.
