On the Historical Fate of Private Coal Mine Owners from the Perspective of Security Development
The private coal mine owners appeared in a particular period of the development of market economy and they played a special role in history. Because the small coal mines caused security accidents, damaged the ecological environment and caused the collusion of the coal mine owners and the officials, in the new round of the integration of coal resources, some private coal mine owners will completely withdraw from the stage of history, the other will become the shareholders of coal enterprises. In this article, the author discusses about the necessity of the integration of coal resources from the perspective of security development and the historical inevitability of private coal mine ownerswithdrawing from the stage of history. The author also points out that the small size of coal mines and backward security technology is an important reason for frequent mining accidents, and we can fundamentally stop the mining accidents and achieve safe development only through the integration of resources.
