Study on the Moral Value Idea and Institutions Guarantee of Food Safety

摘要：

The San Lu milk powder event notes the true meaning that doing business is doing conscience deeply. Conscience is the fundamental moral value of enterprise management and food safety supervision. Building perfect and efficient supervising institution system of food safety is the basic guarantee of realizing conscience idea. The system with no loophole, no blind zone and no negligence is the perfect and efficient system. Only when conscience value and institutions are complementary to each other, food safety will be guaranteed forever.
