Innovation of Chinas Industrial Injury Insurance System in 21st Century
With the deepening reform and opening-up, as well as entry into WTO, China has stepped gradually from planned economy into market economy. As a result, the labour insurance systems set up long before by the stateowned enterprises under planned econoimy can no longer adapt to the demand of the socialist market economic development. Based on the current situation of Chinas industrial injury insurance, the paper analyzes industrial injury, the scope of industrial injury, insurance and its defining principles. Also in view of the existing problems in Chinas industrial injury insurance operation, the paper explores the significance of the innovation of Chinas industrial injury insurance system in 21st century. Furthermore, it discusses strengthening the employeesindustrial injury insurance obligation, the operating mechanism of combining accident prevention and industrial injury insurance and so on And this helps to build effective macro-management system and hierarchy of management, forming unique and well-orgnized manners of operation.
