Views on Personnel Training of China Coal Industry from the Concept of Safe Development

摘要：

This article identifies the importance of personnel training from the concept of safe development, which is an important guiding principle and scientific ideas for current coal industry safety situation in China is severe. It also analysis the current situation of personnel training in coal industry from three aspects of coal enterprises in China, universities and safety training and puts forward relevant recommendations in the end.
