Teaching Faculty Team Training for Civil Aviation Safety Management in Civil Aviation Featured Safety Engineering Field
The cultivation schemes for the civil aviation featured 08 version of Safety Engineering have been changed enormously by comparison with the 04 version. The major specialty has been changed from civil aviation technology to operation management of Airlines, airport and maintenance companies. Therefore, the teaching faculty training for the civil aviation safety management is the key point to the success of the above cultivation schemes. This thesis focuses on the teaching target, teaching team training, as well as the improvement of teaching skills and accumulating teaching experience according to the cultivation schemes of the 08 version. Among the various teaching faculty training approaches, significant aspects are that the study of the civil aviation related regulations, internal guidelines and working flows which determine the safety in the civil aviation enterprises, as well as the participating of the social practical activities in civil aviation enterprises. In order to establish a professional teaching team aiming on Safety Engineering specialty related to civil aviation operation management, improve the research level of the specialty and accelerate the scientific research in this special science, the above referred teaching approaches are all fatal elements to determine the success of the implementation.
