Discussion on the Issue of Safety Training of Construction Industry Peasant Laborer

摘要：

Through the analyzing of both the features of construction industry including its peasant laborers and the present situation of safety training, some problems related to the safety training of peasant laborers in construction industry have been discovered. In view of this stem situation and these unsettled problems, this paper presents some viewpoints and suggestions, which would effectively improve the safety management of the construction enterprises, and help to promote the safety awareness and safety skill of peasant laborers to some extent at the same time.
