Research for Management of Safety Training Process

摘要：

Based on the analysis of the importance of safety training process design, this paper put forward the spiral circular training management process of shift appointment-delivery for inspection, and illuminated the concept of the whole training process management with a successful example of coal mine safety supervisor qualification training, and summarized the principles of training process. The training realized programming control, standard operation and scientific management, thus improving the comprehensive profits of training and achieving training purpose.
