The Analysis of the Core Capability and its Composition of the Safety Engineering Professionals
This paper is presented under the big background of the vague understanding of the capability that the safety engineering professionals should possess in the current institutions and high-level colleges, have brought forward the conception of core capability of safety engineering professional, and move towards the analysis having been in progress such as its definition and characteristic, and enterprise core capability relation, have discussed Institution of Higher Education effect in cultivating in safety engineering professional core capability, through investigation and discussion that the core capability to safety engineering professional composes, initially proposed the summary description and factors of core capability of safety engineering professionals.
