Research on the Remodeling of the Attribute of Safety Engineering Education and the Training Mode of the Creative Safety Talent in College
Based on the working-market need of the safetymajored talent, this paper analyzed the history of foundation of safety engineering major in China and abroad and the development of its discipline classification compared the connotative meaning and structure of knowledge framework of safety science in China and abroad and hence summarized the defects of the safety engineering education in China. On the basis of the above, this paper raised a framework to remodel the attribute of safety engineering talent training in Chinese universities and colleges from five aspects: return of the attribute of safety education, remolding of the essential attribute of safety, strengthening of the engineering practice education, return of general knowledge education and professional education of safety, recovery of safety moral and ethics. As for the training mode of creative talent, new framework and scheme of its application were also raised mainly in the respects of five key elements: the knowledge framework model, the curriculum system construction, the teaching method, the support of quality-focused education and engineering practice. This research aims to provide reference to the safety-majored talent training for Chinese universities and colleges and the choosing and practical training of the safety-majored talent in modem enterprises.
