University Security Incident and Construction of Safety and Harmony University Campus
The university security incident refers to the event which causes the harm to university studentslife safety, the health as well as the safety of property. Currently, in the transition period of our country society, the increase of university security incident has both the reason of university student themselves and the reason of universitys insufficiently perfect safety control system. Therefore, strengthening university students safe education and the life education, constructing Omni-directional campus safe monitoring network which combine the whole staffmonitoring with the digital supervision unify, consummating the school safety control system perfectly, is the essential countermeasure of construction safe harmonious university campus. Among them, the construction of perfect and consummated school safety control system which can be implemented effectively is the basic safeguard to guarantee the university eampuss safety and harmony
