Preliminary Imagination on Establishing Indices System of Safety Training Effect Evaluation

摘要：

Evaluation on safety training effect is a significant way of making aptitude authentication of training institution and promoting training quality. Plenty of enterprises and training institutions failed to recognize importance of training effect evaluation. Some of them become formalistic, and some evaluation systems are imperfect. Accordingly, a preliminary imagination on how to establish evaluation indices system of safety training effect was proposed from the view of systems engineering, and some proposals on how to do the evaluation job well was suggested.
