Safety culture is a branch of culture. The purpose of the definition, the development process, and features such as level of safety culture system analysis, in-depth study of safety culture in the construction of a harmonious society, the role of it, from the established concept of safe development, and to strengthen the functions of government leaders to carry out universal education and promotion, establish and improve legal rules and regulations to speed up the macro level to explore the development of safety culture, quick way to enhance the security of the quality of the members of society to promote the construction of harmonious society.
